Away for long vacation

Yes, 3 more days and I’ll wont be around for the next 4 week. Where am I? Go for travel lo~~ still within Malaysia though. Off to Terengganu at 11 June by bus.

Sit 7 hours inside the bus… what am I going to to within this long hours. Snapping pictures i guess. Just to bring up the feeling of travelling i also bought this bag.

On the 15, I spent another 7 hours back to KL cause there is a flight waiting for me on 16 June back to Kota Kinabalu Sabah. Finding my long lost friend there. What to do at Sabah? Of course go swimming at crystal clear water and white sandy beach la~~ Will post those picture when i come back…

On 20 June need to catch another flight, a short flight 45 minutes only back to Sandakan my hometown. The next day will catch a very bumpy road with 4x4 to my father estate. Away from civilization for 1 weeks and blend my self with nature again… OMG

4th of July then I’ll catch my flight back to KL transit through KK, funny transit…

6th of July OMG term 5 WT~~~~ REPORT…

End of my 3rd training

After 8 weeks of training, it comes to an end. Overall the training is great, nothing much to complaint…. Been to 4 different type of kitchen Italian, Japanese, Western and Chinese…

The worst memory is that i cut my finger during my last 2 hour of training there. One piece of skin come off. But is not beep la, thank god. If not dunno need to get how many stitches…

Now having some good rest before my journey start at June. Cant wait until the day. Will post more picture of my journey. (Hopefully)

Wow is been weeks since i never have the chance to open my blog, until today. Too tired to blog and nothing to blog about since im having my training everyday. Left 18 days and is finish, Yes cant wait until 31 May.

Month of June, one month of holiday. Can spent some time relaxing and travelling. Looking forward to my flight back to Kota Kinabalu this coming 16 June to meet some of my friend. Never seen them for over 4 to 5 years. Time past just like “Click”

Oh ya, Just move to my new place even though is within the same Condo but different unit, so i consider i move to new place. This give me another reason for not having time to blog ;) hahaha

Some accessories i just bought

Just get my camera bag few weeks ago, don’t even have the time to really take a good look at it until today, hahaha… Is not a branded bag but is nice because is big enough for my gear and the price tag for it is well cover by my wallet.

After that i bought battery grip for my camera which allow me to shot portrait photo easily without causing muscular skeleton disorder

Now my camera sure looks bigger and heavier… Waiting for my next trip to try out my gear now… Until the see ya~~

My training at Shook Starhill

Now is on 3rd week… the first 2 week stay at Italian kitchen which is cool, i like the place. Now stuck at Japanese kitchen… I hate this kitchen at the moment, for 2 reason. First is the menu, is so confusing. Everything they use Japanese word which i dun ~~FUCKING~~ understand. Make me looks like retarded standing and asking people “What did he just fire ?” 2nd reason cause by a Jackass 3rd commi who like to make me look stupid… asking people do things where himself dunno anything at all.

*take deep breath*

overall i think Shook is a good place for training especially those who go for kitchen. Most of the people there are nice but not all… Travelling to work take me around 1hour 30 minutes and that just for 1 way, return means 3 hour doing nothing running around catching train and walking. I think i can loose some weight after this training… Thats all for the update~~ see ya

Busy Life

Been busy with all the training, don’t even have time for my self to relax and blog. Last weekend go for this job at Sepang F1 as waiter, super tired and not chance to take any photo because we are not allowed too. Too bad… Then Monday start training at Shook Starhill which required 2 hour travel time from the place i staying. Freaking tired. And my handphone also rosak. Bad luck~~

But at least i manage to get some stuff to make my self happy which is :

At least i manage to make my life balance after all the bad things happen. Time for some picture…

OMG~~ I remember how hot the weather is this afternoon when i walk home. After 1 hour everything change from sunny day to thunder storm. Good and Bad…. The good news is that I’m able to capture this, check it out

My first photo capturing a perfect strike at Mentari Court. Place i use to live at but no more.

Hope ~~someone~~ no one get strike.

From thunder storm change to heavy rain. The rain so strong until the visibility level only 200 meter.

The moment i take my camera the visibility level not as bad as the moment i first saw it.

Hmmm.. since my hobby is taking photography, i think i need to show the camera i use to capture my collection. Well is nothing special just some camera to snap photo. I believe nice picture need 70% skill and 30% equipment. hahahaha~~~

Is Fujifilm Finepix S8000fd

Is a digital camera, 8 megapixel and a massive 18X optical zoom which can deliver some massive telephoto, but super slow la the AF and also zoom from 28 to 450 takes second. Waste of time and the noise level =.= cant even imagine. At iso 100 already can find evidence of noise. Which lead me to my 2nd camera but i still use this for taking video and take long distance photo since it got 18X zoom.

Sony Alpha A200 with 18-70mm kit lens

My first Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR). Not bad for the first time usual as to compare with the price you pay for it. But super expensive la… play with this kind of camera. Additional lens means cost you KKKKK means RMx,000. Wait la, slowly slowly upgrade ba.

Something wrong with the weather

Have you guys realize anything wrong with the weather recently. It an go up to 32 Celsius *in my opinion la during the hot day* and without any notice rain storm come the next minute. No wonder people always complaint about getting sick so frequently.

This afternoon even worse, the wind so strong until all my the stuff at my living room to toilet drop everywhere. Worse thing is that, I lost one of my small towel. I guess the little storm kidnap it. Now i have to buy get new one.

Yes, is just 4 days 7 hours and 37 minutes before the actual earth hour. Just writing this post to show my support. Somehow this event bring a meaningful message to everyone, it tell us to stop destroy the green as we all know Global Warming is getting worse and worse. It won’t kill you, just switch of your light for 1 hour won’t kill you. Imagine how people survive hundreds years ago by just using candles. So lets support !!

Wow~~ just like a blink on eye. Is already week 9, 2 more weeks and I'll go for my 3rd training which I still don't know where I will be place at. Hopefully I get accepted by my next placement la.... If everything go smoothly according to my plan. Then I'll spend my one month holiday full with adventure which cost me $$$. Need to start saving already. cannot spend on unnecessary stuff such as junk food, extra Chinese tea, call for delivery(cook maggi la).

In order to fulfill my adventure plan after my training, I need to be physically strong, which lead me to this daily plan... go gym regularly and reduce weight.

Well~~ just hope everything go according to my plan la~~

It was like 3 PM when suddenly we heard this fire alarm ringing. As usual, we thought is just another fire alarm testing until this guy came in and say. Building is on fire. and so we started to pack and get off from the building. Shit~~ 9th floor.

This is the so call fire that cause all the trouble. If I'm not mistaken, the smoke came from the Air condition.

Have you ever eat red egg in your life? where a new born baby reach full month, they usually give red eggs to friends and family member. To celebrate the new come baby for reaching a month old. The red egg usually look like this.

Today, one of my friend nephew celebrate his full month today and guess what. We get to eat red eat, the coolest thing is not about the egg but the packaging of it.

Instead of the typical red egg. This box even come with fruit tart, some ginger stuff and 2 piece of "kuih".

I just prefer sunset more the sunrise. Some time I ask my friend which they prefer set or rise. Well of course some say set and some say rise. I have no problem with that. For me there is always a message behind a picture, depends how you interpret it.

Is my habit to always endure the worse and later on to enjoy the good. It apply to all from food, completing a task, making friends and even taking the pictures. Isn't it wonderful to enjoy the outcome after all we been through. It make us appreciate more for what we did.

That's why sunset means a lot to me. It mark the good that I'm getting at the end after Everything I been through.

Well, that's how I interpret my pictures and life. There is absolute answer in life. Just hold onto your believe and prove it with action that you are doing the right thing. Oh ya~~ all the pictures taken from Pangkor Island. Give me some comment about the pictures =)

Been to Penang, Langkawi and Pangkor. Wish to travel to all 13 state.
Finish my Diploma.

Stop inhaling unhealthy air.

Le Tour De Pangkor

Seriously we never think riding bicycle until this stage where it take us 3 hour and 30 minutes for 25 km ride and out of it 8 km are mountain road. So here we are 11 of us with 11 bicycle ready to conquer Pangkor by road.

Everything is fun at the first with few high hill to cross and we still enjoying the ride. Manage to take some picture on the way

Until the first challenge ahead.....

Can start to see the exhausted face but is just our stop. So I wont waste my without taken some picture so here are some of it.

and so we continue our ride across the water across the deep blue sky ocean... The best thing after reach the top of hill is that the next will be down hill. Mean Relax~~~

and so we reach our 2nd stop because something nice is attracting our attention. What else blue sky, golden sand and blue ocean.

Time to continue our ride... Just after 500m we stop again cause we saw drinks and food so we stop to refill.

Until this point we been riding for 1 hour and 30 minutes which is ok but it stop here.. the rest of the journey will be hellish hahaha~~

Enough of climbing ~~ lets go downhill

up to this point, we've been riding for 2 hour 30 minutes and so we continue our ride until we see this shop. Just in time for some souvenir.

On our way back 11 of use got separated to 2 group due to the junction across the town so we have to wait for the others to catch up. And so we take some pictures again.

ok so we reach home at last after 3 hour 30 minutes and here are some of the last face before everyone collapse at the room.

Yeah~~ and so we finish the course . Well Done !!

To reach Pangkor, first we must reach Lumut and from there we can take a ferry ride cost RM 10 for return ticket, not sure with the price cause we got this Finance manager who kept all our ticket.

Mixing Feeling !!!

Wake up at 9am and I have this mixing feeling, unhappy and happy. Confuse? so do I. If you remember the blog Entries i write before about Aurora. Talking about how people tend to appreciate stuff and realize it only when the word Good Bye is near. Last night it's all over me, where moment by moment keep flashing back. Seriously, all the memory that I remember is only the good one. Is it the human genetic make that make us think only the good things when we need to separated. Why don't all the bad one just coming out so I won't feel so bad.. haha maybe this topic can be further research.

Thanks You everyone. Like I say before You all carve a page in my life and hope I can still remember it until the my time comes.

Today 20 December 2008, the day where we all been waiting for, announcement of of final exam result with a small ceremony held at Taylor's College School of Hospitality and Tourism.

What result do I get? I think I get Very Honorable Pass which is the 2nd best after Very Honorable Pass with congratulate from the jury.

I guess I'm very happy with this :P

Daws'L Kitchen

Ever heard of this restaurant ?. I bet you never heard of it. But isn't it sound familiar? nah never mine let me show you the picture 1st,

This is it, the logo for Daws'L kitchen. To be precise, this is just our group project for our entrepreneur subject where we need to come out with a concept restaurant and a business plan. Seriously this is the thickest report we ever make. Total of 90+ pages ( ok I know that's a lot for me but not for some). The formation of this logo come from the name of our group members. See the 's' that's me.

So what is so special about this restaurant. First is an open kitchen where people can see exactly what the people inside the kitchen is doing, consist of indoor a non smoking zone and outdoor for those who prefer to smoke. The best part of the restaurant is the concept though.

A Dining Gallery Concept. There is several benefits :

no food and drinks allowed, But not in Daws'L
alternate way for artist to display their art instead of renting a whole gallery
the restaurant wont look boring with one design as the art will keep changing from time to time
double the profit? from the F&B and also the gallery we renting out
opportunity to younger artist to display their art

There is so many more. But to keep it short I just give few most important. About the food we will serve sandwiches as our signature dish where different varieties type of sandwich from hot to cold. Beverage from flavor coffee, sorbet, juices and soft drinks. What even special is that we will specially make a signature sandwich for the artist who are currently displaying their art.

Flaming for fame

What's the point of talking bad about others to make yourself outstanding from the crowd?. Well let me guess what are those people thinking when they do all this flaming stuff;

for fame ?
for name ?
more visitors to the site ?
for the sake of fun ( I might say Bien Tai )

Well recently i read through a few blog about trying to expose the real identity which i feel meaningless. Are you jealous ? or just too free after eating rice :P .I cant understand why do people like to do things which they don't like being treated the same way. Funny huh ?. Why don't we just mind our own business and let god serve them. What goes around comes around.

This flaming thing not just happen in blogger world though. It happen in daily life, as we see people try to push down others to step up further. Making others looks stupid so you look smarter. Now i'm angry talking about being flame by others. This happen once upon a time when:

whole class mistaken the due date for the report submission next week to tomorrow.
whole class try to make fool of the lecturer telling her that we all forgot the due date.
when all classmate agree to do that, out of the 16 human pops out a golden finger.
what she did was passing up the report her self and reminded the lecturer of the due date.
where the 15 donkey who fall for her trap. looking at her happily passing up the report.
GOD speak, "EXCUSE ME, ISN'T THAT I TOLD THE CLASS TO PASS UP THE REPORT NEXT WEEK".
and so 15 donkeys turn to devils holding grudge on her. well maybe half of it.

So Do you all get the point of this situation? ok we might be wrong to telling lies. But.. no but we still wrong. Just that she is more wrong. As time goes by everyone also forgive her already. Life is all about forgive and forget right ? Ask yourself do you like to be forgiven for the mistake we make. YOU KNOW.

I feel I just up one more level after I understand this. Before WE (including me) do something think of one question, do you feel good if others tread WE like this. Your heart have answer. SO BE IT

This is all my friend in my group, OH MY.. I so miss the good old time and now is time to say goodbye, looking at this pictures just bring back so many memory. See you all in the future if times allow us to meet again.

Have you ever heard or Aurora? Familiar ? Aurora is some kind of light only can be see from the north hemisphere and is so beautiful. Who don't like Magnificent view right. But I Freaking like it and it has been added to my "TO BE ARCHIEVE BEFORE I DIE LIST".

WOW... Look at it, isn't this beautiful. TO have a night at here.. I think it worth freezing your self to death, hahaha. Let me show a link to describe more about aurora .

When we see something beautiful will you want it ?
After we have it, will we appreciate it ? or we just do leave it the way it should be. We will only appreciate it when THE END is coming soon. HUMAN huh ?

I just want to say that appreciate what we have right now rather then complain I have not enough, because God already give the best gift to us call life. We might not see it but I'm sure there is something deep inside all our heart that we will regret if we don't value it when we still have it. SO ? go do what you want before the chance flew away.

1st Final Paper

Yee Hah~~~ one paper done today, Restaurant and Cuisine Theory. 1 more written paper this friday which is Food Science ? OMG~~

After i take 1hour and 30 minutes non stop wirtting and im the 2nd person to go out of the exam hall. HAHAHAHA!!! And the paper was like so Straight forward. I guess We might just get Honarable Pass ( Congrate From Jury ) LOL..

My exam is tomorrow. But for some reason i don't feel panic or stress at all. You must believe it that until this moment i haven't open a page of my note. Maybe im just too "smart". The truth never sounds good, IM LAZY.
